Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly. Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3 grams) of the loose leaf Colon Cleanse Tea to a strainer/infuser then place into a cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled over ice.
Drink 1 cup in the evening about 1 hour before bedtime.
